By using this website, you agree not to misuse its accounts, forms, payment, reader, review, shipping or administrative features and not to attempt unauthorized access.

Publishing services

Specific terms for editing, design, ISBN registration, printing, distribution and related services are confirmed in writing with each author before work begins. Those agreed terms take precedence for the service they cover.

Author rights

Authors retain copyright and creative ownership except where a separate signed agreement expressly states otherwise. Flying Hands Publications acts as the agreed publishing or service provider.

Accounts, orders and payments

You are responsible for accurate contact, billing and delivery information and for protecting login codes. An order is accepted subject to payment confirmation, stock or print availability and fraud checks. We may cancel and refund an order that cannot be fulfilled or appears unauthorized.

Free content

Approved ISBN-linked free content is licensed for the registered reader's personal use. It may not be redistributed, uploaded, copied for resale, shared publicly, or used to defeat access controls. Access may be suspended where misuse, false purchase information or redistribution is reasonably suspected.

Marketplace and courier services

Marketplace reviews, listings, delivery estimates and courier tracking may involve third-party platforms governed by their own terms. Review requests must reflect the customer's genuine experience; no particular rating is required.

Limitation of liability

While reasonable care is taken, Flying Hands Publications is not responsible for indirect losses caused by marketplace policy changes, carrier disruption, force majeure, or third-party systems outside its reasonable control.

Applicable terms

These terms operate together with the Privacy Policy and Shipping & Refund Policy. A signed publishing agreement or written commercial quotation takes precedence for the specific service it covers.
