Information we collect
Depending on how you use the website, we may collect your name, email, phone and WhatsApp number, billing and delivery address, account and OTP records, IP address, enquiries, manuscript details, purchases, order identifiers, payment references, courier and tracking details, free-content applications, review links or screenshots, and messages you send us. Payment card or UPI credentials are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by us.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, process and fulfil orders, provide paid or approved digital access, verify marketplace purchases, respond to enquiries, prevent misuse, maintain accounting and legal records, improve the website, and communicate service updates. Promotional messages are sent only where permitted and may be stopped by contacting us.
Service providers and sharing
We share only the information necessary to operate the service with providers such as Razorpay for payments, Shiprocket or NimbusPost and their courier partners for delivery, approved SMS/OTP providers, hosting and technical service providers, and marketplaces when verification or fulfilment requires it. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and security logs
The website uses essential session cookies for login, carts, account security and administrator functions. Security and operational logs may record IP addresses, login attempts, webhook status and error information. Essential cookies cannot be disabled while using account or checkout features.
How we protect information
We use access controls, encrypted transport, secure password hashing, restricted file storage, audit and security logs, and role-based administrator permissions. No internet service can promise absolute security; suspected incidents are investigated and affected credentials are changed when necessary.
Retention
Order, invoice, payment and tax records are retained for the period required for accounting and legal compliance. Account, enquiry, access and marketing records are kept only while needed for their stated purpose, security, dispute handling or applicable legal obligations. Review evidence may be removed after verification or campaign completion.
Your choices
You can ask to access or correct your information, withdraw optional marketing consent, or request deletion of information that we are not legally required to retain. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Contact support@flyinghands.in.
Children and policy changes
Accounts and purchases must be made by an adult or with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Material policy changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
